Terms of Sale – All sales are subject to these terms
In this document, BeautyRe is “we”, “us”, “our”, or “this website”. And, the user or users, whether registered or unregistered, is or are “customer(s)”, “you”, “yourself”, “yourselves”, or “your(s)”.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. You must acknowledge that you accept our terms of sale before making any purchases via BeautyRe. We commit to providing our customers with clear information regarding their sale.
By confirming that you wish to purchase any item on BeautyRe, you assert that you agree with our full user Terms & Conditions. These are accessible on our site. You should be reading through it in their entirety before purchasing anything on BeautyRe.
We cannot guarantee that every item displayed on BeautyRe is, in fact, available at the stated price. Our team will make every effort to contact our customers if they have agreed to purchase a product and it is not available at the stated price. BeautyRe.com will NOT charge you if you do not acknowledge that you agree to continue with the purchase at the revised price if it exceeds the price displayed when you agreed to the sale.
Our team cannot guarantee that every item displayed on BeautyRe is in stock and available for delivery. We will contact customers who have ordered products that are out of stock. Additionally, out of stock items are not chargeable to the customers.
We make every effort to provide clear and accurate product details. Where the product is available in various colours or patterns, we cannot guarantee that your preferred colour is available, unless the product title explicitly states them. We are not liable for the accuracy or completeness of our product descriptions or the photographs of products or our featured product reviews. If you realise that the product does not match the stated description, photograph or reviews once receiving it, your sole remedy is to return it within three working days of receiving it, in an unused condition, without any damage to the product or its packing, whatsoever.
Customers agree to the terms of sale, subject to the stated price for all selected items, and complete their order for their selected items by confirming their order on WhatsApp after the checkout process.
We will send all customers an acknowledgement e-mail detailing the products that they have ordered. The e-mail is not an acceptance of the sale on behalf of BeautyRe.
BeautyRe will send all customers a dispatch confirmation message within five working days, on WhatsApp or via e-mail. The message confirms that we have accepted to sell the selected items to you at a price specified at checkout unless we have subsequently notified you otherwise.
We will notify you if we do not accept the sale before we dispatch your items. Customers must notify us if they wish to cancel their order before the dispatch of their order. We reserve the right to refuse a sale at our sole discretion. However, non-acceptance of the sale on behalf of BeautyRe will usually take place for one or more of the following reasons:
The product or products you ordered are out of stock. Our team will inform you of this by e-mail or WhatsApp. Out of stock products are not chargeable to the users. We may inform customers of its availability. But you must place a new order if you wish to order the item or items again.
We were unable to authorise your payment. We will notify you of this by e-mail or WhatsApp. Your order is cancelled. Conclusively, you must place your order again if you wish to purchase the item or items by another method.
We identify that the product you ordered was incorrectly valued (priced) or the description contained incorrect details. We will e-mail or WhatsApp you to inform this with the revised details and ask you whether you wish to proceed with the order.
You have breached the user’s Terms & Conditions. We will alert you of this, cancel your order, and not charge you for it.
We are not liable for any delays to our stated delivery times and we cannot guarantee how long it will take to process your payment.
Please check the list of countries that we offer delivery in our Delivery Policy before placing an order. We may change the terms of our delivery policy at any time, so please update yourselves every time you place an order. If you need further assistance, contact us at [email protected].
We cannot guarantee an assigned delivery time for your items. If you are not at home when we deliver your order, we will try again at a different time of day. If we still cannot reach you at home, you may have to contact your local postal depot or BeautyRe for follow-up.
We accept no liability for items once they have been dispatched and are in possession of our shipment partners. On dispatch of the order(s), we consider the sale to as completed, and the risk of loss is passed onto you.
We accept no responsibility if someone other than you uses your card details or BeautyRe username and password. This may happen if you have knowingly or unknowingly shared them beyond this website. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password.
Customers have a right to return the products they have not used within three working days of receiving them; we shall accept it provided that the items have incurred no wear or damage since being delivered to the customer. The returned products should be in their original packaging. If the condition of returned items is satisfactory to us, we will begin processing for the value of the item(s).
