First of all, at BeautyRe, we’re committed to making our shipping and delivery process as quick and pleasant as possible. We know how important it is that your goods arrive on time and in perfect condition.
In addition to that, for your satiety, we strive to provide you with blazing fast service and unbeatable prices. Our delivery usually takes one or two days. Furthermore, delivery costs vary across regions. Hence, we have compiled this list of deliverable countries and our rates for fulfilment.
We use standard as well as dropshipping methods.
Shipping and Delivery Regions
While we only deliver in the GCC and India, global orders may ship on certain terms and conditions. Fulfilment of orders to regions not listed here may or may not go through. It will be subject to completion only after a secondary confirmation via e-mail and WhatsApp.
We confirm regional orders over WhatsApp or a phone call after the checkout process. This is because it helps us to schedule and honour orders as soon as possible.
United Arab Emirates (UAE) only
Free delivery on all orders above AED 250/-.
For orders below AED 250/-, the customer must pay a charge of AED 10/- for shipping.
Countries in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) namely Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman
For all orders, we charge a flat amount of AED 25/- per order.
Republic of India (IND or ROI)
A flat amount of AED 15/- is payable as shipping for deliveries in India.

Note: The customer may or may not get any notification on changes to this document. Therefore, please visit this page regularly to stay up-to-date with the latest revisions. Consequently, we are not liable for any damage, problem and have the right to dismiss any allegation resulting thereof.
You may return the product and get a full refund. Or, you may also exchange the product for another one. The exchanged product may or may not be similar to your previous item. We may forfeit your return or refund in any of the following cases:
The product you received is different than the product that you ordered.
Damaged or defective products are eligible.
You may replace a product within three days from the date you received it.
Note: There won’t be refunds for the product(s) valued less than the replacement. Instead, you need to buy an additional product to match the total with your return.
Replacement orders or items must compulsorily be in the same state of packaging as shipped to you. Also, please keep the receipt handy. As proof of purchase, please reproduce the original order receipt. Failing this will forfeit the refund process.
How to return an item
Returning an order is as simple as ordering it. We made sure that the whole replacement process is seamless and easy. To return a product, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp on +971 50 233 1426, mention the reason for the return and attach a photograph of the product.
Once you send us the request, we will start evaluating as per the procedure. If you are eligible for replacements or refunds, we will pick-up the product. After the pick-up, your refund/ replacement process will start immediately. This may take up to two working weeks.
Once we receive the item in its unaltered shipped packaging, we will initiate the refund request immediately.
You will receive a bank transfer of the bill amount on the returned item. At times, this process may even span a period of 2 working weeks.
